I have some new (old stock) DirecTV parts that I really don't want to throw in the trash. I'm hoping to give them away to someone in the Houston, TX area. (For free)

Anyone any idea where I could get rid of them? Anyone want them? But I really don't want to ship.

b) LNB: SL5S4NR2-20 x 1

c) LNB: SL3S4NR2-02 x 3

d) 4 way Splitter: MSPLIT4R1-02 x 4

e) B-band Converter: SUP-2400 x 2

I'm in the Houston area, and I have DirecTV (which means I don't get CBS at the moment )...

Would these be of any use to me? I appreciate your trying to recycle them to someone, I'm wondering what I could do with them.

They are really only of any use to someone that installs and maintains their own sat dish, or say an independent installer?

Although you are welcome to them

You could probably sell the parts for around $70 on ebay.

Thanks again for the offer. I use to be an electronics hoarder, had an entire closet full of parts (and boxes) going back decades. When we moved in 2018, from our house of 30 years, I was forced to recognize that there was no use in saving that TiVo S2, or the hard drive that came out of it, or the VHS player from the 80s, or the Qube cable wired remote control. Thirty years of junk cleaned out. I even had the boxes from every cell phone I ever bought. Why? Why? It's a disease.

The new me does my best not to hoard gizmos any more, but it's a hard addiction to resist.

We live in a condo in the Greenway Plaza/River Oaks area, but spend most of our time in Brenham.

It's funny you should say that, but I'm in the middle of a massive clean out now.

i.e. I know how it goes...
