I really have two questions.

First, is it possible to use my Tivo's, especially my Series 3 with Direct TV? I see this stuff about Direct Tivo. I'm hoping I don't have to give up my current 3 Tivos.

Second, for those that already use Direct TV, what kind of quality do you receive. Does weather affect your TV watching?

The idea that DirectTV is going to have 100 HD Channels by the end of the year is appealing, thought it was time to start asking some questions about it before I consider a change.

The Series 3 Tivo can only record from cable or OTA. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with DirecTV, or any other type of satellite service for that matter.

Thank you, I had a feeling! I guess I should just be patient and wait for Cox to add more HD channels.
