Digitial Cable Question

Have a Time Warner digital cable box.

Analog channels are 2-99--digitial channels are 99-200. Tivo (Series 2) records analog just fine.

Sometimes digital channels record, other times the TIVO records a blank, black screen. In those cases the program we tried to record is correctly listed on the "now playing" list and the title is there along with the green line that shows how long the show lasts, but when you hit play, the screen remains black.

Wired everything according to the instructions that came with my TIVO--no questions there. Tried going to "channels" on the TIVO menu and checking the yellow boxes for all the digital channels. Tried most of the trouble shooting under that menu to no avail.

Am stumped. Help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!
