I tried calling this morning to locate my order number and was on hold for 15 minutes. I got another call and had to hang up on that one. Trying again now and so far, I have been on hold for 17 minutes.
Anyone know of a special number for them and why did TiVo farm out the TiVoDesktop Plus to them anyway?
