That was a disappointing episode. The writers had already done a poor job of keeping the Gellar / Travis thing plausible.
But we are supposed to believe that Travis sabotaged the elevator, ran and killed the professor, carried the 200+ pound bleeding body somewhere that a freakin' blood spatter expert could not track, then ran back and got Dexter out of the elevator, all in a couple minutes? Then, of course, went back at night, got the body, hollowed it out, took it to the lecture hall, and rigged a blood shower. I could buy the second part, but the first part is just too ridiculous.
Also, that old church still has electricity to run a freezer? If Travis was paying the electricity bill, then the police should have found the church instantly after they found his sister.
