Hi
I have two Bolts with identical software version, and on the same lan. One named "Living Room" and the other "Living Room 2". They both work fine(no problems). When I view the "living Room" device from "Living Room 2" I see the view below and when I view the "living Room 2" from the "Living Room" I see the other view below. I've looked at the settings and don't see anything different. They used to be the same. I would appreciate any help in configuring to get the views the same. Thanks

I will get the 2nd picture's view when, I presume, my home WiFi network is acting up or more challenged--when it seems to be more robust/non-problematic, the more complete and pleasing 1st picture's view reappears. I've always assumed that the 2nd picture's view is a "fallback" view.

Hmmm. Perhaps it's the OLD NPL view due to that box being in Standby? I hadn't thought of that.

I wonder what "the same software" means?

That's what it looks like--what I still get with my Series 2 TiVo box, when looking to do a show transfer.

I can't speak as to the Standby factor--I'll get this when both boxes aren't in Standby, and the situation can change a moment later (which is why I've thought that it is due to network issues, my having a more challenged home network).

Are you sure? Look in Settings / help / System Information.
#1 looks like TE3/v20.7.+
pic #2 look like you are viewing Tivo #2 from Tivo #1

Thanks for the suggestions.
That's when I've had it as well. Are your boxes on WiFi, or Ethernet? I'm betting that it's a network occurrence (especially if it is only there sometimes).

If I see it more than once I reboot the boxes having the issue and it goes away.
