Desktop 2.5 issue - can't find one TiVo

I just installed Desktop 2.5 on my Vista machine (I have been using 2.3 on my XP machine for many months successfully). At the time I started it up I had only one TiVo hooked up.

When I went to transfer a file from the TiVo to my desktop, it connected...said getting program 1 of 157....21 out of 157...41 of 157...etc. When it got to the end of the list, it quit and popped up a message saying "There was an error while trying to retrieve data from the selected DVR". In the details below the message, it says it could be caused by network problems or that the DVR might not be set for transfers".

Even though I knew it was, I verified at tivo.com that it was set for transfers.

I then hooked up another TiVo (the first is still hooked up as well). Desktop immediately recognized the new one, and I have transferred programs from it to my PC.

If I go select the original TiVo in the list, I still get this message. Does anyone have any suggestions?
