Death Valley premiere (8/29/11)

They made a comment about there being plenty of sound guys. I wonder if sound guys are going to be the 'Kenny'* of the show.

*References the South Park character who dies frequently.

LOVED it. I describe it as Walking Dead meets COPS meets Reno 911.

Based on pmyers' description, I think I'll have to watch. I like those three shows (love my zombies, drunks, and... whatever). Throw in the bikini quotient of Son of the Beach, and I am sold!

I set up a season pass a while back but haven't seen yet. I'm guessing this is a show that I won't care if I read spoilers. Kenny dies? Not a spoiler. Kenny dies after steering his sled around a cow and crashing into a pine tree with a knot that resembles the virgin Mary? Possible spoiler.

I liked it a lot. The description of Walking Dead+Cops+Reno 911! is spot on. Given that I like all three of those, I wasn't surprised that I liked this one too. Season pass.

Yup, I've been enjoying it. I think I've seen every episode. I think my favorite was the one on the porn shoot. With some of the jokes, it's almost hard to believe this is on regular cable.

Oh, yeah, but that's FX. I watch SoA, It's Always Sunny in Philly, and Archer. The only other thing I watch on MTV is the new Teen Wolf, but that is more PG-13 (Actually, I have no idea what the actual rating is, but that's what it seems like).

Stumbled across this thread thinking it was the old TV Western.

Not a big fan of the zombie flicks, but I just checked out episode 1 and it was cracking me up. I love how the cops keep trying to give the tv crew sound bites to use.

Haven't missed a single episode. This show is great!

Let's get out there and kill something!

It's a strong ensemble with no weak characters - I like everyone on the show.

It must be disheartening for the Walking Dead people to realize they're only the second-best zombie show on television.
