I can tell the interest in this show is starting to wane ... once upon a time there used to be immediate (and long) discussion threads.

USA is really going all out with their embedded advertising/product placement. Unfortunately I guess it's working because I notice them (how can you not, sometimes?). So Johnny pops two Tylenol for no apparent reason this episode.

I had a SP, deleted it, then was recording sporadically and have given that up in its entirety.

I flipped over to Sunday's ep long enough to see Sarah say "Johnny, there's nothing going on between me and Stillson!" and I thought oops, foreshadowing anyone? and decided to give it up entirely.

The thought that they would rehabilitate Stillson's character is nauseating in light of everything that has happened to date.

Too bad - I like AMH. Hope he gets another show after this one.

One does have to wonder how the vice president of the United States justifies tax payer trips to Cleaves Mills all the time, especially when going to see a psychic.

Yeah, it is quite insulting to the viewers who have been around since the beginning. The writers had this show going in circles for a while in regards to Stillson, et al. Then comes along this season where we jump out of the circle and head down an awkward soap opera plotline that ignores everything that came before it. I need to finally just stop wasting my time with this show. It hasn't been worth watching for at least two seasons now, and it's just not going to get any better.

Now that I've lowered my expectations and expect very little long term plot continuity, the show wasn't bad. They closed the plot line rather abruptly on Walt's extra money and still left that stupid secret Johnny doesn't know moving forward.

My bet is Sarah is Johnny's sister.

The running theme of this season has been to dispose of any running themes , so I'm guessing "yes."

I certainly hope so. That running theme was really weak.
I prefer standalone episodes. Also, I don't like where the Sarah/Greg relationship is going.

It's always nice to see Johnny with Alex, heck I even liked the Christmas special, but even if this part of the episode was enjoyable, the Stillson/Sarah part was not good at all, and ruined the episode for me. I like the two psychics together, and Jennifer is very good in the role and has decent chemistry with Anthony, but it wasn't enough. This show has had six seasons, four of which were pretty good. It wasn't a bad run. Does anyone know if it has been renewed for another season? After the loss of so many characters, it reminds me of a great piece of meat, but with no seasonings.
