Dead Tivo? (nothing on screen)

I think my Tivo died last night. This morning, there was nothing on the TV screen and the lights on the Tivo unit were off. I tried power cycling it by unplugging and plugging it back in a few times. The first two times, the TV screen showed that it was starting up, but then the screen went blank and the lights on the Tivo were off. After that, the lights on the Tivo would go on and stay on, but nothing appeared on the screen, even after pressing buttons on the remote.
