Here is a question I'm almost afraid to ask, because I'm probably going to be yelled at for asking.
But here goes: I wonder if they will present Chaz as just another guy or if they are going to go in depth talking about being transgendered, surgeries, etc?
I usually watch DWTS with my kid, but to be honest I'm just REALLY not ready to have that conversation just yet. If they just say "This is Sonny & Cher's son, let's dance" then I would have no issue. But I have a feeling that's not going to be what happens. Just don't want to get into the whole transgender thing with her at this time.

Oh absolutely! Chaz is free to do whatever he wants with his life and I think he has the right to pursue life however he wishes!!
Just that....you know...it'll bring up cutting off girl parts and replacing with boy parts and....just not ready to tackle THAT conversation yet!

And I'm sure they will mention it, week after week, as long as Chaz is on the show. Chaz was on a publicity tour to promote his book about his change. He had a series on OWN, and he was on Oprah and other talks shows discussing it. So I'm sure they will talk about it on DWTS. People go on there for the publicity, and DWTS wants 'stars' that bring in viewers for whatever reason.
Okay then. Sounds like an interesting season to say the least. I'm in of course, as always. We love this stuff over here. Looking forward to it!
