Customer Service Hung up on me

I finally got through to customer service. The guy pretended like he was looking for an answer, then he hung up on me at 11:00 without saying anything, just because they don't do customer service past 11.

I'm connecting through a wired network and I have no idea how to get back on. Tivo apparently doesn't do customer service past 11, they don't do email support, and they don't do chat support.

What kind of problem are you having with networking?
