No idea what happened, but sometime in the last 48 hours the line up I have is for Panama City, Florida, and I'm in Orange County, California. My NBC shows ABC, few channels I never had before, etc.
Anyone else in OC with a completely shot lineup?

I live in North Tustin and have the exact same problem. Most channels are wrong (somewhere in Florida it seems), all of 800 is missing, etc. I contacted Tivo phone support to report the issue; they said they would look into it and it would take 1 to 2 weeks to resolve; don't understand how something can happen so unexpectedly.

I ran though guided setup again on both of my Roamio Pros.....and one is right, one is still wrong.
I did them different. One I said was Cox, one I said I didn't know....and it asked me what was on particular channels. The one where I said I didn't know appears to be okay.
Running through setup again on the one that is wrong.

All screwed up here too. Tuning adaptor on one box won’t even sync now.

Is everyone with an issue using a Tuning adaptor? I’m wonder if this this a COX screwup vs. TiVo. COX controls the channel mapping in the TA and the fact one of mine won’t come back online seems to land squarely in the COX incompetence camp.

I have the same problem on three TIVOs. I am in Newport Beach. Looks like a TIVO screw-up in downloading channel info for Cox Orange County. I don't see why it should take 1-2 weeks. I suggest everybody start calling Tivo daily until this gets resolved.

Same thing down south in the Aliso Viejo/San Clemente area. Super-long message in ‘TiVo Messages’ showing all the apparent, deleted and added channels. Total [email protected]#$. I also use SageTV, who uses a different listings provider (Zap2It), and I rent a Cox box, so it should be easy to see who screwed up. The listings in my SageTV guide are correct.
Take two channels, Motortrend and MTVLive, 1132 and 1131. Both are coming in on those channels, but the TiVo guide lists them on some other random channels, and 1131/1132 had been de-selected. I went into ‘Channel Setup’, reselected them (as they are still there), and indeed they are as they should be. However, there are ZERO listings for the effected channels.
Looks like a TiVo mess-up.

Both tuning adaptors here in RSM are now flashing. Cable cards are fine. First it was one TA, now it's both. TA seems to stop working right after the box receives it daily update.

Same issue as @tvmaster2 with the super long unformatted channel line up message.

Me too. Irvine. Literally every channel is wrong. It looks like it was reset to Orange County, Florida, not Orange County, California.

I will submit a lineup form.

I'd also suggest that everyone tweet @TiVoSupport and demand this get fixed in less than 2 weeks. That's ridiculous.

This reminds me of the great "Let's move all the HD channels from the 700's to the 1000's overnight" Cox fiasco of years ago. But at least then we had TivoMargaret here to help sort things out and it was 95 percent fixed within 2 days.

Just chiming in with a "me too". Never seen such a screw up as bad as this before. What are they trying to push me to YTTV for good?

Guess everything has to be a manual recording for now...

Even manual recordings would be too difficult to deal with so I just signed up for a month of YTTV for now since I'm sure it will take TiVo a while to fix this mess...

As someone else suggested, trying the "Repeat Guided Setup", pick "I'm not sure" from the provider list, select the 2 correct channel names from the on screen prompts (EODTV and KCBS) did the trick for me on at least one box with the second working it's way to loading. TA's are still offline, but channel lineup and all channels now appear correct.

And no...thankfully you don't lose your shows with this option. Make sure to force another network connection you're back on the home screen and be prepared to wait.

EDIT: So, both boxes appear to have somewhat correct line ups now, however the lineup that was auto- selected based on "I don't know" is actually for "COX Mission Viejo" vs. "COX Orange County Digital". I suspect the latter is the issue. Close enough for tonight at least. Lol.

Try the repeat guided setup option and select anything close other than "Cox Orange County Digital". Switching to "Cox Mission Viejo" - this was auto-selected when I picked the "I don't know" option and answered channel questions. This workaround seems to be close enough to what I had to not loose any upcoming recordings.

In the meantime -- repeating guided setup did work for me. I chose "I don't know" when asked which provider I have. Answered channel 1 is VOD and channel 2 is KCBS, and I got something resembling the correct lineup.
did this tv have a tuning adapter? AND

after doing the setup with "I don't know" what does account information show as the source provider? (assume you didn't change the zip code)

Was also able to "fix" the problem by repeating guided setup and using "I don't know" and choosing EOD for channel 1 and KCBS for channel 2. System Info shows same zip code as before (92692) and the "Cable Provider" as "Cox Cable Communications Mission Viejo Standard Cable". I think previously it was set to Aliso Viejo Digital or something close to that.
