Court TV - bad audio comcast

I'm a court tv fan and have been watching the new channel since it has been resurrected. Lately, the audio consistently has interference with a periodic "popping". This occasionally happens on other channels as well. Its very annoying. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what may be causing it. My carrier is Comcast in Indy.
