After replacing failing hardrive, I started to receive the SO3 error after software updates failed to install. I tried a clear and delete and this also failed after running for roughly 72 hours. It seems obvious that I need to re-image my hardrive.

Question. Can I use one of the other images from my other 2 HR10-250's to re-image my problem unit? Both of these units have received the recent 6.3e update?
