I have a new Tivo Series 2 (on downstairs TV) and a Dish PVR 622 (on upstairs TV). The Dish 622 has two tuners, one is controlled via IR (upstairs) and the other is controlled via UHF Pro (downstairs). So I can use the (UHF Pro) Dish 622 remote downstairs to watch any Dish channel by using a second TV input. The Dish 622 is lacking some of the nice Tivo home network features and fills up (due to HD) quickly so I would like to be able to record (SD) Dish channels on the Tivo, but of course there is no way to change channels. Is there any way (or any device to buy) to translate the serial or IR output from the Tivo to transmit the necessary UHF signals to change the channel on the second Dish 622 tuner? Thanks!
