And...One more question...

If I have a dual tuner DVR...Am I able to record two channels with only a cable connection...As in, and coaxial cable going out from my wall to the Tivo and out to the TV?

You can record two analog cable channels fine.

The only wireless adapter practically guaranteed to work is the one Tivo sells.
