I thought it was awful. No real sense of drama around the sub, bringing the Speaker into the story (oh, yeah, he's golfing buddies with the ambassador) was contrived, and the nuclear posturing was a snooze.
The story looked weaker in comparison to the Asia storyline going on over in "West Wing".
