Very strange, it seems Comcast has SWAPPED a couple Encore channels in our area. 528 used to be Encore Drama, and 530 used to be Encore action, but now they're switched! Problem is, Tivo doesn't know. How can I manually force it to realize those channels go with different numbers? Thanks!

Sometimes it takes a couple days for the change to be reflected... you should get a message within a couple stating a lineup change has occured.

If you don't receive that message on the Tivo you may need to let Tivo know of the change by going here :
