Comcast cable card self install - great experience

So I wanted to add a second Tivo HD for the bedroom... Called customer service yesterday and they me told sure, I was welcome to self install the cable card. Picked up an M-card card from the service center here in Jacksonville, FL this afternoon, and in ten minutes on the phone this evening with the tech rep, had the cable card paired and working great.

It was so easy, I'm not sure why the FCC didn't make them offer self installs years ago.
