Clicking and Stuttering.....S2 DT Tivo

So I'm wondering what could be going with my Series 2 DT unit as it makes clicking noises (quite frequently now) and somethimes that is accompanied by very distinct stuttering of the video.......is the drive bad? power supply?

I really don't know what to do.....but it is very annoying and looks to be getting worse.....
