It really pains me to be able to envision what this show should be while seeing how they so often just don't quite get there. Maybe it'll catch its stride once the actors get more comfortable in their roles.

Cute node to Lost with the Oceanic 815 reference... were there any other such references in there? A lot was being said but I didn't quite care enough to rewatch/listen to it again. :)

I actually thought this was a good episode. I liked it more than the first and it had a few more comedic events.

I think with the characters at odds in this episode, it was harder for them to interact. Once they begin to trust one another we will have better chemistry.

I also noticed the flight 815 reference and that was great. The best part was when Chuck pulled the tablecloth off the table and it worked :D

The comedy seemed to work a bit more in this episode... it's almost as if they were listening to me, particularly with Casey's car getting blown up. Still, I just can't seem to get past "mildly amused." I just don't think it's all that great of a series, at least not yet.

I'm always confused as to why they allow some brand names through and others not. Similar to Office Space, where they made up "Chotchkies" and "Flingers" for restaurant names, but still mentioned Chili's; here, they replaced Sam's Club with "Large Mart" but still mentioned Costco.

My feelings exactly.

I'll keep the SP for now, but it had better get better.

I completely agree-this show has so much potential...great premise-great cast...but they just don't seem to fire on all cylinders. I do like Sarahs outfit. Madonne!

Great episode. Apparently I really got into it when he said, "Oceanic Flight 815 was shot down by..." and I was like "BY WHO???" It HAD to be DHARMA :)

I'm confused about Sara and Bryce though. Did she love him and he was just using her or did he love her too or what was going on with that relationship???

I agree that the spy vs. spy antagonism between the two agents is getting old. Hopefully they've gotten it out their system for a few episodes at least?

IMHO the whole "who do you trust?" plotline would have had more impact if it had come after a couple of regular "bonding" episodes. Front-loading it like this just delays the character/relationship development.

I suspect we'll find out more as the show moves along. But since it's likely to be a downer subject in what's supposed to be a comedy, they'll probably hold it back until we're really comfortable with the characters. I just want to know why Bryce did it, who/what he was working for/against?
