Channel Listings For 10-250?

I don't think the HR10 collects guide data from the OTA signals - it gets it from the satellite along with other channels. If it's not a channel that TiVo/Tribune knows about, you won't see guide data for it.

I know that theoretically the ATSC signal can include guide data for some days out, but many stations don't send it.

Check Zap2It.com to see if the new channel is included there.

I added a new local digital station to my 10-250. It has been a week now and the guide still does not show a daily lineup for this station. Does it take longer than a week to get the listings? Is there anything I can do?

The Guide data comes from TMS. Call them about your channel:
Tribune Media Services at (518)792.9914 ext. 2227

The Guide data comes from backchannel info on channel 100. It should only take a day or so if TMS has it in their datastream.
