I have a few channels on my Spectrum lineup that are incorrectly listed on the guide and one that has wrong feed under the listings (east vs west).
I submitted a missing channel/program request to Tivo 3 times. The first time they changed a couple channels but still wasn't correct. The next two requests, I got an email about 5 days later saying it has been resolved but nothing changed on my channel lineup and the channels are still wrong on the guide.
Good luck I guess trying to get them fixed.
