I've only seen two episodes, the premiere and this one. I gotta say that I just LOVED this episode, it made me hope the show sticks around.

Isn't/wasn't Nick a regular on Best Week Ever?

YES! He's obviously coming through his makeup. Good show. :)

Very, very funny episode!

Best one so far, by far.

Episodes 1 and 2.... Enough promise to keep the SP.

This episode: payoff!

I loved how Joel was in denial that his like for "Fruty Pebbles" cereal might be a freudian result of an attraction to the Flintstones' character "Pebbles", and when he'd try to tell anyone, "She's just a baby!", they'd remind him that, "In the Pebbles and Bam-Bam show, she was hot!" :D

EDIT: Favorite line of the show:

[Nick, dissing on Joel for dating "smoothies" (love the "racial epithet", "smoothies", too :D )]
Nick: "Me, I like a brow I can rest a champagne flute on." :D

I'm enjoying this show as well. I started with "we'll see" and now I'm laughing more and more each week. There's social commentary on so many levels with this show.

The Cavewoman's behavior toward the "smoothies" was funny. And her calling out Nick for being "the guy who hates what people like so as to feel superior about himself" was money.

We've all either been Nick or Nick's friends putting up with a pushy girlfriend, and I was happy to seem him bail.

Oh, and how about when Joel's GF starts in with "why don't you own your emotions?" that was funny. Joel's was like "what'd I say?" Again, been there.....

*ETA* this last bit with Joel's GF was funny because she agreed with cavewoman.......

As would I.

The first thing that struck me, though, was how angular her face was. IMHO, it looks much different than in Book Of Shadows: Blair Witch 2...

Was the she the Wiccan chick? I remember the wiccan chick that completely blew any suspension of disbelief for me. There are NO attractive wiccan chicks. NONE. They dont' exist.

I loved the whole thing about the yoghurt fad. :D The smoothie girls and the mom cracked me up too.

A friend of mine used to live in the apartment building they use for the exterior shots. Awesome location. :)

Just make sure you have a lint brush handy. ;) She was wicked hot as a caver and IRL.

Hmm, I'd be stunned if some of our Wiccan members did not pop in to disagree.

Erica Leerhsen played the Wiccan.

Kim Director played the Goth chick.

Out of town for a couple weeks. Who can post a pic of the cave girl in makeup?

I found it. on ABC's website, you can watch the whole episode.

man, that Pinkberry joke at the beginning is too funny. I'm not sure if that has hit your town yet, but here in Los Angeles, we come up with some pretty bizarre stuff. Stand in line, pay $6.00 and get basically plain frozen yogurt. Um, last year, they couldn't give the stuff away. Hire a doorman and have Jillian Barberie plug your shop and suddenly, we have the new movie star crack.
