Not sure if this is the most appropriate forum so please feel free to re-direct me to another if appropriate.
I've installed the Tivo app on my Iphone with the intent to stream and view pre-recorded shows in our RV while traveling. We have a cellular hotspot in our RV and LG Smart TVs. I can cast youtube videos from my phone to the TV using an LG app with no problem but when I start streaming a pre-recorded Tivo show to my phone, there's no casting icon.
A chat with Tivo didn't help much, I was told that only certain shows would be available to cast from my phone. I found that a bit surprising and tried 6 - 8 different shows and no casting icon appeared for any of them. So is it possible to cast from the Tivo streaming app or not?
And if not, has anyone successfully mirrored a streamed show from Tivo?
