Im new to the TS4k. It was working fine, but I have found sometimes I can no longer reach the Android TV home screen via that button with the circle on it. SOMETIMES when I hit that button, it goes black and the large pop up from the left side swings on with all my apps I have installed, but most of the time, it just goes to a completely black screen when I hit that button now.
Unplugging the TS4K seems to fix but it eventually happens again.

Also, sometimes when I turn everything on at the start, from the Tivo power button (so TV and receiver, which the TS4k is attached, the tivo doesnt come on and the TV just shows its own screen saver.

Are these issues others have experienced? Just curious

I see this is almost a year old post. All four of my units started doing that just last week. I have the latest 6068 firmware.

voice command to 'settings' and uninstall the latest android tv app updates.
turn off auto update if you have it on and don't update the android tv app.

I did find how to turn off auto updates so I did that but I am not sure where I go to uninstall Android updates already installed. I found items that say recently updated and have the following, TV Setup dated 2-21-23, Android TV Core Services dated 1-30-23, Android System WEbView dated 2-22-23 I can uninstall those but not sure if it's just uninstalling updates. Something tells me I need some of those for it to run and don't want to completely uninstall them.

use the google assistant button to activate the voice command.
tell the google assistant 'settings' to get there.
in the apps section of the settings.
it's a system app so make sure you look there.

I got it. It appears it was the latest update to the Android TV Home app. I uninstalled app updates one by one and tested the Home button. Once I uninstalled the update for Android TV Home and pressed the home button it opened. I went and uninstalled the update on all my Tivos and it worked on all of them. Thanks for your help.
