Can't get BASH prompt
I just Zippered my drive again but I cannot get a BASH prompt. I've set at 115k-8-n-1-n but all I get when I plug in the serial cable is gibberish:

I've waited, restarted, reloaded the zipper image, nothing.
Does anyone have any insight? I'm running Windows XP Pro and using Hyperterminal if that matters.
