Have you tried rebooting the unit? I've had that happen before and the reboot fixed it.

Can't delete program
I just encountered an odd problem with my HD Tivo. The last few days it records programs in their entirety as requested, but when complete the red dot doesn't go away- it stays red as though it's continuing to record. After viewing the program, I try and erase the program but it's still there. Now my hard drive is getting clogged with programs that I want to delete, but I can't figure out how to get rid of them.
Anyone seen this before? Any idea how to get rid of the unwanted programs?

So the concensus is to reboot- thanks for all your help.
OK, so I'm going to sound very ignorent here- how do I reboot? Just unplug it for awhile? Or do I need to enter in some sort of code? I did a search on "how to reboot" and couldn't find anything, so it must be pretty simple.
