Have you tried rebooting the unit? I've had that happen before and the reboot fixed it.

OK, so I'm going to sound very ignorent here- how do I reboot? Just unplug it for awhile? Or do I need to enter in some sort of code? I did a search on "how to reboot" and couldn't find anything, so it must be pretty simple.![]()
I would definitely unplug the unit for at least 15 minutes to reboot it. I had a guide data problem and when I rebooted from the menu without unplugging it didn't fix the problem. Unplugging it for a few minutes fixed my problem.Mark Lopez said:Yank the plug or do it from the menu. Messages and Setup - Restart or Reset System
