Cannot see files on iPad

I am having a problem seeing the transferred files on my iPad(4.3)According to Itunes(10.2.1.1) the files are on device, because I says 1.5 gb of video data on there. Also the videos will synchronize to the device and the files will play in itunes on my pc without a problem.

However when I try to look at the iPad I am not seeing the videos.

What I am doing wrong here?
