I was going to cancel my no commitment monthly service before the latest billing day but my timing was off.

They just charged me, and I'm wondering if they will refund my monthly payment in full or prorated or not at all if I cancel during current paid month?

I think if it's within a couple of days they can refund you, but after that, they won't. Instead you'll have service until the end of the billing period.
