Look on the TV remote for the Input button.

Oh, I just pressed some buttons and saw the tivo screen, thanks so much. I lost it now but I'll try to get it back. But I did it so maybe I'll find it again. Thank you!

Now the screen says no signal. I can't get the tivo screen back.
The TiVo might have gone into standby mode. (Are the TiVo box's front LEDs lit up?) Hit the "TiVo Guy" button on the top of the TiVo remote a few times to make sure the TiVo box is active.

Oh, that makes sense about the cable because if I move or touch the tv or tivo, the picture is lost and I get snow and these cables haven't been changed since they were put in years ago like 10 years ago. I was gonna place this tv in the spot where the broken tv was, but didn't want to risk losing the picture.
