I find I don't seem to need it, all our Tivo's see each other, and we can watch or transfer between them all.

If I cannot stream to my Kindle, what is this TCDA94000 actually for?

It allows streaming of content from a TiVo to a PC on the same network. Other uses should be possible, but I was never ever to get them to work. I was able to stream to a TiVo app on my Android tablet, but I don't know if it still works.

Does the TiVo app on your Kindle work? Mine stopped working several months ago.
