Hello all. I've tried searching the forum for a similar scenario but have found none.
My cable service, which includes my Internet connection, went AWOL last Friday afternoon and remained out until Monday afternoon. Ever since service has been restored, though, my S3 has been extremely sluggish, often not even acknowledging remote control input.
Now I forced a connection as soon as I came home from work on Monday, and as far as I can tell, all program guide data has been downloaded and indexed. I've also restarted my TiVo several times, but it still is extremely difficult to use the remote.
For what it's worth, I'm on software version 9.1-01-2-648.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this problem? It's now Wednesday evening, so my service has been back for at least 48 hours. Do I just need to be patient, or are there any troubleshooting steps I could follow?
