Yesterday was truly heartbreaking. The final straw. I can’t take more tech support people say that they rarely get involved with cable cards and have to go through hours and hours and hours to make them work.

My Bolts died and Tivo sent replacements and even after they were paired successfully the picture quality was not great and pixelated. I got set top boxes from Optimum and then Fios. Both boxes were perfect. While Tivo Bolt has temperature issues, signal to noise issues, signal strength issues.

After 20+ years with Tivo and now with 2 Bolts + 3Minis and lifetime subs, I’m done. And very sad about it. I love you Tivo. Good-bye.
