They came with the house and are not mine but state "account in good standing"

Well then I believe they're useless and can't be transferred to a new owner without the original owners account information.

If that's the case, I'll just take the ad down and throw these in the garbage. I don't watch TIVO so they're useless to me and it sounds like they would be useless to everyone else too.

In any event NOT garbage (or eWaste). I don't have Minis, but I got the impression they are lifetime.
Other items are still useful remotes and for parts like power supplies and maybe disks; see eBay listings for asking prices for various model TiVos for "parts".
