Hello all,

I just got the Roamio and have set it all up. I noticed the red recording lights don't look like the ones on the product info. Here's what it looks like on my unit:

Is this normal? If not, is it a defect on the unit?

I have never seen anything other than the O lit up. That line of light below is unique. Is the face of the unit cracked? Maybe letting light out thru the crack?

That's not what they look like.
I'll bet internally the LED diffuser has come loose or been knocked out of place.
(I haven't been in my Roamio in ages, but since every other unit I remember had some sort of diffuser I'm betting the Roamio does)
