Anyone else having this problem? When I connect ethernet cable, it will not longer connect to the internet. It also shuts off the signal from the cable. (No video or audio.) If I unplug the ethernet cable everything comes back. I have both my Roku and DVD player attached to the same router with no problems. Any ideas?

Obviously, try connecting it to different switch ports and even switches, using different Ethernet cables.

(And keep MoCA in mind as a fallback for wired connectivity, if repair or warranty replacement isn't available.)
