You got a bad CSR. Call back and get another one.
You can see both TiVo's when you log into your account on TiVo.com with the correct TSNs? If so take a screenshot and send it to them (has your email address changed?).They still said the Bolt+ is not on my account. I told them to cancel the replacement. I'm sorry but Tivo support is just bad. Both Tivo's have Lifetime (All in service plan). What puzzle me is I don't understand why they don't see the Bolt+ on their end.
