We live in an area that has been hit by Hurricane Laura. It will be several months before cable is restored. I have been trying to switch from cable to antenna. Removed cable card restarted. Can't get to any type of antenna mode. Keeps asking for internet of which we don't have either. Also will tivo minis work if I am ever able to connect to antenna. Tivo bolt.
Thanks, George

You are going to need Internet. Are you able to do a hotspot wireless connection through your phone?

A 6 tuner Bolt does not have the capability to receive OTA.

TV just needed hot spot to set up. It just ask for password. Tivo ask for password then "Try accessing the network again now". The TV I set up was in a different room than hot spot spot also. Tivo in same room. I really can't figure this one out.

You may want to look into Orby TV - prepaid satellite television. It's month-to-month at $40 - $50 with no contract. They have a good deal right now for a basic $99 install with equipment you'll own. During the install, they put up an OTA antenna in addition to the dish. I'd assume you could put a splitter in before the dish and OTA combiner for your TiVo. Switched a friend to Orby off of DirecTV and they're quite happy. If Orby doesn't have installers for your area, you can purchase a self-install kit.
