My ~1 yo Bolt (which I do not like, the form factor gets too hot, too many weird issues) has been, every few minutes at times, having the video got to black for 30 seconds or so, then coming back.

While watching the settings>tuning adapter>diagnostics screen

The "CableCARD Association" will go away for a second or 2, and everything, obviously, goes to 0 or -. For all tuners. My tuning adapter is a CiscoTA, FW is level needed for Bolt. I've replaced the card with a new one, but issue persists. Timewarner/Spectrum is provider

Any ideas?

Perhaps you are posting the regular tuner Diagnostics display? This is what mine looks like. I don't have a TA:

In the System Information screens, what does ODT have for a number?

That picture is 18 months old, maybe the deltas are differences in tivo SW versions. If it happens again tonight I'll check the temps and see if there is any correlation. Thanks!

If you are running TE3, that software hasn't changed since May 2018. Perhaps you can display the screen header? I know the TA is different, but it's really different.

I think I got it figured out after reading the Cisco docs for the STA-1520.

Page 34 (26 in doc). I finally counted how many times the TA blinked, and it was 6. My UDCP authentication (last page of the TA Diagnostics menu options) was working (=Yes), so I followed the direction at the bottom of that page, and for 40 minutes now it's been working OK.

At least on the Premiere, which started showing the same issue today during the Saints-Vikings game. Will do same process on the Bolt's TA later if it starts acting up again, and update thread if this didn't work.

Also, how do you figure out which Tivo Experience version you are running? I noticed my Premier has same screen as yours.

OK, figured out the Tivo Experience thing, if TE3, your software version is 20.xxx.xx...., and if TE4, it's 21.xxx.xx.....
