I have an HR10-250 that, and I am not sure how it got to this, has not made a successful call in a really long time. I got put into the Boat Anchor mode today. :(

For some reason my modem is not working...it dials ok, but says the service is not picking up.

I reconnected the network adapter to the TiVo, am able to telnet to machine, run TiVoWebPlus, run the latest version of tweak.sh, ping tivo.com all from the box -- no problems. So the network to the box seems to be ok.

However, when I go into the Settings menu on the TiVo and try to use the network, it says that it is not configured and cannot be used.

My box thinks the last successful dial-in date was 7/7. I can't seem to get the modem to work, my network connection doesn't seem to work for it either.

Any suggestions on what steps to take next to try and get the network to connect ok, or to someone how get this out of boat anchor mode (btw, this is a legit box -- I am paying for DVR service).
