Do you think there is some conspiracy involved with the Tivo recording that specific program?
If not, chalk it up to the simplest explanation.
The Tivo recognized a new show and recorded it as a suggestion because it was a new show.
If you hate it that much, give it 3 thumbs down and it won't be recorded again.
BTW, I agree with you about the non-Tivo related subject matter. We might be able to talk about that in the Happy Hour forum as long as things stay civil.

Interestingly enough, in the original book "The Ugly American", the ugly American was one of the good guys, an ag extension agent living and working with the locals, and only called that because he was "non-handsome".OMG!!

That book, and its sequel, "Sarkhan", are excellent reading for anyone wanting insight into how we screwed up in SouthEast Asia in the Vietnam era, and how we've screwed up in relations with non-white countries in general.
In the early days of TiVo someone wrote an article about how their's had decided that they were a gay Nazi, based on the suggestions it made, which was based on the TiVo software's analysis of the stuff they had watched (apparently they'd looked at something on the History Channel back when it was commonly referred to as the Hitler Channel, and a guest had looked at a fashion or cooking show or something like that).
Have you watched anything lately having to do with any flavor of religion, or maybe one of those "stuff out of the Book of Revelations" movies?
Watched any of the other "common people acting common" reality shows?
Or maybe you're actually an undercover Muslim passing as a, well, what you come off as, and your TiVo is onto you.
