I'll start an episode thread, but I get the feeling a season thread might be enough for this show.

It's really, when you come down to it, just a series of common Spy/FBI troupes at this point. For example:

1) A drone attacks where our heroes are and they find "some escape", granted not without some collateral damage, which brings me to...
2) The love of one of our main characters gets killed (Reade) and we all know that Tasha will ultimately want revenge
3) The "government" now has a nefarious agenda. And there's always one rogue person with some power to fight that (in this case Weitz)
4) One character gets split from the rest and meets up with them months later
5) One main character is captured and taken to a black site, and our heroes find it fairly easily (in TV episode time)
6) Our hacker hero has the ability to decode the most cryptic code and hack into the most secure systems in a matter of minutes.
7) There's a weird occurrence in Times Square, and it barely gets a reaction past the moment it happens. Barely any media coverage.....in an era when just about any little thing is disected in the media for days

And I'm sure there are dozens of other tropes, or will be.

With all that said, it's fun to watch, and the dialogue between the characters (especially Patterson and Rich) is usually cringeworthy funny.

I'd rather they killed off Rich instead of Reade.

I guess I'm in the minority but I like the Rich character. His banter with Patterson is probably the main reason I've stuck with this show.

I still like my idea, everybody but Jane dies from the missle and Jane revenges their deaths with prejudice.

But in this situation, he's kind of semi-useless and his skill set can be easily replaced by other members.
Patterson easily fills the technical and Jane can step up with having "disreputable contacts" to get supplies/information.

I'm not disagreeing with you in that context. I just find the character fun. This whole show is full of replaceable characters. As I said in my first post, it's a trope-fest. We've seen pretty much everything that happens in the show in dozens of TV series and spy movies. So I watch for any type of interesting characters. To me Rich is the most fun of all of them. He's a reason I continue to watch.
