Yeah I hope someone wins too, just to make it more interesting. I have to believe that the teams will be gone soon, or at least be reorganized probably on Thursday. Hannah did give really great reasoning to Christian on why she should stay. I'm liking her more.

LOL... I LOVED the discussion on Whitney's buckled sports bra covered by her hoodie... That was the highlight of this episode for me... HILARIOUS!

As an Asian American, it was interesting to hear Derek X's discussion growing up in an immigrant Asian household and his parent's focus on money and status, and his view that American's are more focused on happiness...

The wildcard comp looked pretty difficult... I love during the competition when Asa was staring at her stalled ball that they played the Japanese flute sound... Classic...

Whew, that wildcard decision was pretty huge... My jaw dropped when I first heard it... Claire made the right choice... I think she's have been completely crazy to give safety to her team for a single week (especially since they are pretty confident of their safety this week...no guarantees of course, but I think they feel like they are in a pretty good place this week)...

Pretty obvious by the end of the show who the noms would be... No real red herrings... They played with putting Britni up again...but they didn't focus on her enough to make be believe she was a serious target...

I thought that was interesting because of all this focus on money in our culture and not to get too political, certain parts of society that covet money over anything else, and it seems like it's mostly in the white community (whatever that is). It might be a Gen Y thing.

Anyway, On one hand Brit is a bit annoying with her crying, but on the other hand, I find her to be the ultimate house underdog, and I've been kind of rooting for her, as she's the type that almost always goes early.

Whitney's discussion on her "revealing" sports bra was funny in that none of the other women backed her up. Though I do think one or two of them might have agreed with her if they weren't prodded by the rest of the house. It's also interesting in the era where women shouldn't be objectified by what they wear, that they would show that discussion. Whitney obviously felt it was fine to wear something like that, the others not so much.

From the episode description in my guide, they said it was the LAST wildcard comp, though I don't remember them saying that in the episode. I think the teams will end up getting disbanded soon, and just like on Survivor, we'll see how the teams play out for the rest of the game. I think this was a good twist and it brought something new in the game.

According to a quick Google, BB went to a 9 member jury starting with BB15 and hasn't changed that since... We have 16 houseguests this season...2 have departed so far... That leaves 14..

That means that Claire will survive the next 3 evictions to get the field down to 10 (9 jury members and a winner)... And that is only if there aren't any twists or "expect the unexpected" moments that change the once-a-week evictions...

So my answer (for now) is three... Check my math... ;)

also, try not to confuse the number of weeks with the number of evictions, there may be a ffwd or dbl eviction in our near future...

except 3 people have left so far. so if the rest is accurate, that's only 2 weeks.

Julie announced on the live show that it was the last Wildcard. I thought it was odd to announce it in advanced, but we knew it was coming if not exactly when.

Azah defended Whitney and said she thought it was cute.

As I said, this was common knowledge, at least to those who read the Guide descriptions for their show. Mine said for Sunday's show that it would be the final wildcard.
