Another predictable outcome. Ian is such a great guy. Julie seemed so blown away by his honesty and his not holding grudges and realizing that it was just a game. Very classy. He realized he got played, and gave them Kudos. I hadn't realized it was his first time on the block.

Nicole....well girl, you should realize you are on the bottom of the totem pole and the smart move would have been to ditch the committee at this point and create a new alliance with Da'Vonne, Kevin, and Ian and then try and convince Dani that she too was on the bottom of the totem pole and that they will be the first gone once the infighting starts. This is one part of these types of games that Survivor players have learned much better. You are only as good as your last alliance. These players are afraid to "rock the boat". Make a move Nicole, don't be a sheep. You are right, you will probably be first because you are a former winner. Own it, realize it and make a move. I'm so disappointed in you.

In October the BB Sunday show will be moving to Mondays as CBS will be showing a weekly Sunday Night Movie until production of new content can resume.

Julie went fishing tonight...but Ian wouldn't bite... Every question she asked to elicit a salty response was countered with class and professionalism... Good for you Ian... Man, what a great guy...

I had hopes for a tie that would put Dani in the uncomfortable position of choosing between sticking it to Tyler, or keeping loyal to "The Committee"... On the one hand, when you have a shot at Tyler, you should probably take it... On the other hand, it sounded like she was trying to protect her long game with the "The Committee"...

I think both Dani and Nicole are at the bottom of the totem pole of the alliance, and this was a good opportunity for them to break free and get their own numbers... As with any of these games, the bottom dwellers need to know when to break free and find other options... Nicole and Dani have both shown their cards that they are not 100% loyal to their alliance, that puts them even further down the totem pole (and let's be honest...they were probably there anyway, and now the guys have a legitimate excuse to keep them there).

Exactly this. I'm getting disillusioned with BB. It's so much less compelling that Survivor now. What I like about how Survivor evolved is that there might be a couple of ride or die alliances, the players have become much more pragmatic. I think what helps is the tribe format, which sets up some alliances and when they switch it up, it confuses some of them. So most of the time players can realize where they are in their alliances and make moves. Big Brother has become staid. A big group joins an alliance and if they keep winning which is what keeps happening here, they can ride that for half the game. Even with Dani having to switch up her picks to completely NEW picks, she STILL wound up taking out someone not in her alliance. So the idea to play BB is to be part of the BIG alliance, and just ride that as long as you can, and within that, lay as low as possible.

I'd like to see Big Brother next year start off with teams (I think they've used the concept before). And like Survivor switch them up at some point.
