BBC America listing three hours ahead of what's actually on, at least in Cox Orange County Ca. listings. It's not just TiVo listings either - the Cox listings for Contour are wrong, as are the Zap2it listings I use for SageTV.
So, all the listings services are being pushed the same time zone, but what Cox Ca. is running is three hours late. Can anyone else who subscribes to BBC America (I don't care who you get it from) check your listing vs. what's actually on, at least that way I could get Cox off their a#$es.
Thanks

yes, but i'm not in california, and my listings are accurate.
Thanks. Cox in Virginia confirmed their feed and listings didn't line up either, so it would appear this is a Cox problem. I assume your cable supplier ISN'T Cox? I believe the listings aren't the problem, but instead Cox has either taken a wrong feed, or is delaying the signal.

not cox, we're comcast. it sounds as if your getting the east coast feed, that would explain the programming being 3 hours ahead.

have you tried streaming with cox or bbca to see if they match the broadcast feed?

The fact they see the same thing in their east-coast, tier 2 support office would indicate either they're being sent the wrong feed, or taking the wrong feed. Their own tv guide listings, TiVo's listings and Zap2it are all aligned, just the feed itself is wrong. Thanks for the comcast clarification - that should wrap things up :)

On Friday morning, at least two weeks after being a ‘thing’, Cox has corrected the three-hour programming delay with BBC America. It makes me wonder: am I the ONLY BBC America subscriber and viewer that Cox has in America? This wasn’t an isolated problem to one state, it was country-wide. But no one seemed to think it was a problem, and if that’s the case, was anyone actually watching? Very confused....

Most people make no effort other than changing the channel if they have a tv issue. We are insane .
With BBC America I can partially see the argument: "oh, it's a Star Trek Generations marathon...", so most people wouldn't even realize they're watching the wrong episode. But I guess no one DVR's Graham Norton, which is on once a week with no repeats.
