Me and my husband was talking about bad customer service since we hhad to call on our service provider comcast and the agent was so rude and then she hung up on us. It really seems like customer service has gone down the drain nowadays. I got help from TiVo and thank god it got fixed.

Your title should be GOOD customer service (from TiVo), not BAD (from Comcast) since this is a TiVo discussion board, not Comcast.

Also, your post isn't very helpful to the TiVo community if you don't provide any details of the issue and resolution.
