Try restarting the unit. If the disk is full, try deleting some old programs.
Audio/Video aren't synched anymore.
I've never had this happen before but lately, the audio & video are off! Very annoying to watch someone's mouth move seconds after hearing the sound. Anyone had this problem? How can it be resolved? This is the 80 hr. TiVo - purchased a year ago.

Are you sure it's the Tivo? The reason I ask is that I was over at someone's house last week, and watching their normal TV I noticed a horrible lipsync issue on a live TV signal. This is an old-tech analog 19" TV, so the problem was definitely in the material being sent from the cable company. I'd estimate that the video was about 1/4 second behind the audio.
