Audio Problem while taping two shows at once

I am having this problem again.
FIOS, Cable Card, Series 3.

It used to happen with ABC and NBC.

Somehow my PTI seasonpass recording of ESPN HD at 5:30pm got messed up and didn't record for a few days.

So I set up a manual recording of ESPN HD at 5:30pm.

I ended up with two recordings of PTI everyday.

Except the audio was nothing on one of the recordings every day.

Any ideas? One show not recording audio while another show is taping?

Please help.
